7. Urgent issues at the discretion of the Chairman for noting
Discussions regarding the benefits of attaining the Power of Well Being as well as items possibly being included within the proposed Localism Bill concluded by deferment to the agenda item tabled for the next full council meeting. The planning members generally agreed to propose that the Council should start the process of re-attaining the status of Quality Council.
The chairman asked that members let him know of holiday commitments over the coming months and mentioned that Cllr. Berger would chair the 6th August Planning meeting in his absence.
