Retrospective application for replacement window to sitting room

No objection

KHL Group, Southfields, South View Road
Two storey temporary portable office building with secure storage cabin and w.c cabin for the duration of contruction works associated with planning permission WD/2010/2210/MAJ.

No objection subject to removal immediately upon completion of the construction works and with a maximum periond of 2 years

WD/2011/0700/F  Hillcrest, Jonas Lane
Internal alterations, first floor extension above existing attached double garage. Alterations to existing front single storey flat roof.

The committee supports this application as it is an improvement to the flat roofed area.

First floor extension.

No objection in principle although aesthetically the project is disappointing.
